Silent, High Altitude Red Light Phenomenon

My nephew was scanning the sky while me & him were talking off in the distance he said look look @ that while we were looking a Red DOT LIGHT NON BLINKING JUST A RED DOT STARTED SLOWLY WORKING ITS WAY DOWN then just disappeared in to the tree line that was no helicopter or plane plz Investigate

I was driving home from Ulster County when I spotted a single small, bright, solid red light moving over the area.

unknown object viewed in the eastern sky from our location in south Sacramento near hwy 99 approximately 30 degrees altitude, the red light had a odd tint, translucent and panned from west to south and disappeared, no sound to the object. This is not the first time for this object in this area.

Stepped outside to walk a friend to his truck after a brief visit. We both immediately saw a large red light in the sky, which faded after 20 or 30 seconds. It seemed to undulate or subtly flash.

September 17, 2016 7:00pm Single bright red light seen from Royal Lahaina Resort, Maui, Hawaii, initially moving up and down above outline of other hotels south of resort and then moving northward, high in sky, very fast with no sound, parallel to beach and out of sight.

This is my 3rd sighting-- same location. 7miles west of poplar along highway 2. (at my home) previous 2 were on may1 at 1:30 AM & may 23 at 3:30 AM (these were outside my house.)
