Was walking my dog on the same route I walk her every night, and as someone who is aware of UAP phenomena I periodically check the skies.  
I looked up and noticed the in the clear skies there was a star that was quite a bit lower than the others. I had to compare it to other stars, but it became obvious after looking that it was flashing different colors. The colors it was flashing were apparently green, reddish shoes, yellow, and white. The flash seem to put out a lot of light or energy because it seemed to be flashing not like any star or any kind of object in the sky I’ve ever seen or have been educated on. I am posting a couple of videos and a picture that show a comparison to stars and the object I saw. It seemed to hover in one spot as I was watching it for at least 5-10 minutes straight.
