Possible drone/UAP formation

Location: around Wallingford, CT area
This is from someone I know, I did not record or see this. This doesn’t look like the typical drone videos, I do not see any flashing lights. This doesn’t seem like a typical starlink formation. Any possible ideas as to what this could possible be?
