“Tic tac” captured near Chicago

A friend of mine sent me this photo he took today while driving on 90/94 Northwest of Chicago. He said there were a total of 3 of these just hovering. There is one on the left middle of the image to the right of the light pole. Very reminiscent of the tic tac UAP.
