Odd drone. Location: NW Georgia. Time: 231810Z DEC 24
First of all I’m really sorry for the video quality. I was a passenger in a car and I did my best. 

So my wife daughter and I were returning from a vacation and driving through NWGA between Shapsburg and Senoia. The time was today, about 20 minutes ago at 6:10 PM ish. We noticed something in the sky with one blinking light and one non blinking light. It was so low at first we thought it was a radio tower. We thought nothing of it but as we got closer we noticed it either:
A: wasn’t moving at all
B: moving so slowly it seemed not to be moving

I tried to record but at the time I could not see any of it being picked up on my screen. Upon further review I can see a faint light in the video after all.  Since I could not see it on my screen I stopped trying to record and observed. 

Once we right underneath it it definitely had a traditional “from shape”. Long cigar, with wing at the very front of the object. My wife and daughter agreed the flashing lights were white. I myself am colorblind so I made no guesses of the colors. It seemed to be the length of a car, maybe a little longer. We could see no tail wings at all. I want to emphasize again that we passed this thing in our car going no more than 35-40 mph. If it was moving, it was moving so slowly it was imperceptible to us. 

I know this is probably some sort of drone that is capable of remaining stationary. Just thought I’d share.
