Is this a UFO or meteor?

Is this a UFO or meteor?
Time: December 28th 2024 around 6 p.m.

Location: Bristol, VA 

My boyfriend and I were on the interstate when I seen a subtle green orb moving west to east behind some clouds. 

It was gone as soon as it appeared. I’ve seen Meteors and I don’t remember any of them looking like this. I also remember them dragging on for a longer period of time. 

It lasted about 2-3 seconds. It was a perfect orb and wasn’t super bright. Definitely wasn’t a plane. I want to know what others think. I wish so badly that I had it on video. 

Has anyone else seen this?
