Any members from Virginia seeing strange stuff?

 Location: Southampton county Va near Sedley 

It was around 4:20-4:30 am I was up looking at stars from my room window and I see what looks like the northern star or so I thought, but then after about 10 minutes or so of looking at it it started to move around slowly. This was in Southampton county va. I know it wasn’t a drone or a plane/ helicopter because it made no sound and was roughly eye level from my window so had to be low. That’s why at first I thought it was a star. Also it wasn’t space x rocket I’ve seen those plenty of times. Just curious if anyone else out there saw something similar. It was very bright and no blinking whatsoever
