Lights doing their portal thing again

Lights doing their portal thing again

This was the second night in a row I noticed this. Lights about the size and brightness of a star were fading into and out of existence for about ten minutes, going in about the same direction like an orb conveyor belt. 

Can anyone confirm if these are starlink flares?
