So I will try uploading again as for some reason this video keeps getting deleted. I saw this with a coworker during our break. Unfortunately I started recording late but when we first saw them they suddenly showed up over a rooftop pretty close to us (maybe 300 meters away). It looked like a flying jellyfish without the legs and it had a red light bulb in the middle. I have never seen anything like it. I had the feeling that they just lifted off from somewhere as they had pretty low altitude but by the time I started filming they were already high up. The encounter lasted maybe for 3 minutes until we weren't able to see them anymore as they flew far away over the ocean. Towards 80° East approximately..

I highly doubt it's a latern/balloon as we would have recognized it right away. Also pretty sure it's not a drone..at least after looking at countless drone images online, I can't find anything that comes close to what we saw. There was not light on the outside yet it was glowing. There was a red light blinking in the middle of that "jellyfish".
