Time: about 8 pm on August 2023 
Location: Toms River, NJ

No bs here. Was waiting to pick up someone when this small drone-like thing seemed to take an interest in me. At first I thought it was a bat. Then a drone. Then I realized I couldn’t identify wtf it was. It was intrusive tho. No lights. No sound. No moving parts. It is seen here hovering about 30 ft in the air. From my window perspective I am looking out and up. It moved more in a slow spiraling up and down motion so the lateral movement appears minimal. Legit scientist here. I know it’s not the best video, but no one will tell me it was something easily explained. Would love to hear sincere feedback.
