2 flashing lights not star.

2 lights in sky. One to the west and the other to the north. Both moving slightly but stays in area of about 3 inches looking at it. Flashing red,green,blue,yellow,white. Close enough to the ground to not be considered star almost in flight path of planes but not following plane paths.
