UAP pretending to be a star

Saw a stationary light or light that looked like a star but I guess it didn't blink (I don't remember whether it blinked or not). 

I was looking at that star because it looked really very weird and noticed it changing its blue color to orange or something for three seconds and changed back to its blue/violet color. Then as I was walking my eyes were looking at it, then 30 seconds later or so it started moving. Then changed its color green or red, I was like wow I discovered something. I thought it was a UAP, then started filming after 40 seconds of it moving it was fully red. Then video tells you the rest of the story. Notice how it changes its color again in the video.

The helicopter sound was from nearby hospital's helicopter making noise.
