I wish I knew what this is
"Time: January 4. Near 7 PM
Location: Torredembarra, Spain
It's always over the sky in my village area in Spain.
Sometimes it's not there, or is in a different but near location.

When you see it with your own eyes you can see a green, red and yellow light emanating from it.
