Location: Telford, England

We live near the top of a large hill overlooking parts of a town called Telford in the UK.

Wife just took the dog for a walk and called me saying there is this bright orb and it’s just static in place.

I leave the house to have a look and whiteness it there just solid in place and then it just disappears instantly about 10/15 seconds after I witness it.
Unfortunately the wife only took a picture and not video so the attached is all I have to share.

She had seen it for say 4-5mins before I arrived and it was really bright that made her notice it but when looking it just didn’t move at all and stayed the same size.

No idea what it was but when the light when out couldn’t see anything fly/floating as if it had turned around or turn off the lights such as a helicopter or plane?
