Drone the size of a car seen in Minnesota

Drone the size of a car seen in Minnesota
Location: White Bear Lake, Minnesota near 35E, just south of Tamarack Nature Center.
Time: November 30th around 7:30 PM

I posted this earlier but it got removed for “missing details” that were clearly in the title. 

I’m mostly wondering if this looks like anything familiar, terrestrial or otherwise. 

My mother and I were headed up the highway when we saw these bright lights. They were three blue parallel lines standing stationary in the air. My mom said it was probably from a tower, and me driving 80mph decided to keep my eyes on the road. 

I drove by again during the day, and there were no towers or light poles in that area. My mom went web sleuthing and found someone else who took a picture of it. This is exactly what we saw in the same time and place. They said it looked like a drone the size of a small car.
