Definitely not a plane, but not sure what else this could be
Time: 2:40PM ET

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Statement:

I was looking out of my window when I first noticed this object flying. I went out of the house to get a clear video of it moving across the sky. Checked flight radar, but it didn’t seem like there were any planes flying in this direction at all (east to west), and I was facing north when I was taking this video.

I mean, it’s not a plane but what exactly is it? This was the second object I saw today, first one might’ve been a drone but it was extremely far and it was moving a bit erratically.
