is this a drone? blinking light.

is this a drone? blinking light.
saw a few of these blinks lights around cambrigdeshire on tbe way back from somewhere and then again on my balcony, driving there was like 3 of them all blinking couldn't get a video of that. Was also a jet close by flying in the same direction? 

may be a plane by i've seen plenty of planes outside and the red light is always visible, this was just a pure white light blinking.
