In 1965 my uncle (14) lived in Curpen (Romania) a *rural* area with no electricity. Late at night he was coming home from his friend's house and as he was about to open the front door, he noticed a ball of light floating above his head. He began screaming and the ball of light sped away. When he put his hand on the door handle, he got an electric shock. My dad (12) was awoken by his brother screaming. He believes he saw a UFO.
