I was traveling northbound on the i-15 from the Henderson area towards North Las Vegas when I noticed what I first believed to be black smoke in the sky. My first thought was that there was a fire or possibly a plane / helicopter having mechanical issues. As I continued to drive, I could see the “smoke” moving in an odd manner. It was moving up, down, and side to side. As I drove closer, I realized that there was not a fire, and there was not a plane or any other flying machine at the front of the smoke that I could see. I began recording the video while on the i-15 and I pulled into a parking lot and continued to record it for approximately 10 minutes. The “black smoke figure” continued to travel through the sky until I could no longer see it with my eyes. I have no explanation and I am hoping that someone else saw what I saw that morning. The best way I could describe it is it looked similar to a Dementor from Harry Potter. I have attached two separate clips of the same UFO that I witnessed and captured on my phone that morning.
