Can anyone identify what possible helicopter this could be?

Found this on FB: “Welcome to 2025. Still no transparency from the government. Jan 1 drones reported in a Chatsworth NJ group, a friend in Folsom NJ and my family saw them in Mays Landing over the Greater Egg Harbor River. We counted approximately 7. We watched 4 in a hold/ hover for over 30 minutes. I will put other videos in the comments but these most clear ones were taken in Folsom by a friend.”
