Description of sighting: I stopped at the Regent Retail Park in Manchester to go to Mcdonalds as a snack as Im an Uber driver. I came put and as I have an interest in Skyscrapers I took two pictures of one of the cities tallest buildings.

I didnt notice anything at the time but today I notice a green ring that has moved between the pictures. Its very unusual. Its right in the city and cant be a helicopter or airplane. Its not in the flight paths. I cant think what it could be.
