What are those strange moving lights above the clouds and emit beam-like lights?
What are those strange moving lights  above the clouds, emits beam-like flashes? It was captured on my CCTV, the evening of feb 5 and feb 6. There were no light source from the ground like spotlights or beam. It hovered for three hours above my house on feb 5, when I reviewed the CCTV I saw that they emitted several beam-like lights on the ground, one clip showed it fired inside my balcony, but when i checked there were no visible damage. I wonder if the beams have effect on health.
