My sister caught this while walking her dog.
This is a repost:
Submission statement:  My sister lives in the Bronx and while walking her dog saw what appears to be a smoke ring with an orb that completely disappears after a few seconds. Please tell me your thoughts and opinions!  I would’ve loved to have seen that!  We keep our eyes on the sky at all times!  Unless we’re driving😂👽
