Time: continuous occurance and off with different patterns and distance in the air as if sweeping in one quadrant to the next, so it's moving beyond its back and forth area of pattern. From 9pm it was beyond the horizon, at 11pm it's above our place hence the video

No.1 Spotlights have rays of light. Also this is above my place at the roofdeck with passerbys that never bother to look! Maybe 3,000 feet above and over the clouds. I have two reasons why I cant help but post it and say it's not spotlights. First of all it's ridiculous thing to post. But I just cant explain it neither people at home. Also it is impossible to be spotlights theres no freaking establishment in my area that will do that at 11:30pm. This post will be downvoted, but I dont care. Im sure someone in a rural area might see one too and compare the patterns.
