Accidentally recorded UFO/UAP WINNIPEG, MANITOBA CANADA

Location: Winnipeg Manitoba Canada 

I was outside for a smoke. I Looked up saw a bright ass star looking object so I decided to see how far my zoom worked on my phone. I just started filming when outta nowhere I saw this thing flying around just beside and below it. When I looked with my eye I couldn't make it out so well  but on my phone you could get a good look.  Tried to follow the best I could. Maybe some propulsion close to the end. I don't know what it is but would love to know what ya'll think.
