Direction: Starting the video looking straight south. 4 red blinking lights going west, under the clouds.

Me and my partner just filmed this. You can hear me speaking n the phone and being very confused as to what we are seeing. Please follow the link below to a google drive folder where the video and a photo can be downloaded. There are both recorded using a Google Pixel 9 Pro. There was no flights visible on the Flightradar24 android app at the time of recording.
