Help identify this? Seen at CID airport
I was waiting to board my flight and spotted this object. Didn’t think anything of it at first but noticed it wasn’t moving and no lights. Snapped a couple pics. Thinking sometime of balloon? But the donut shape and size throws me off. The object seems to be &lt;1 mile from where I was at the airport gate.
