Ball of light moving with small cloud after it combusted?

Ball of light moving with small cloud after it combusted?
Time: 6:40PM 3/6/25

Location: Ocala, Florida, South on Florida’s Turnpike

About 15 seconds before the video started it was a single ball of light that expanded/imploded creating a small cloud around it. While it expanded there was a brief flash of light that reflected within the small cloud. The cloud surrounding the ball of light was wispy but looked more like a nebula than a cloud, especially with how the light was reflecting when it flashed. As the video plays through, the cloud becomes thinner and it descends slowly until it’s behind the trees. 

I have no idea what this could be, South Florida has a lot of space rocket launches and i’m sure there are military bases nearby(community input/theories appreciated)
