What is this? Salt Lake City, Utah
Saw several of these lights last night 12/26/24. Some were blinking random colors and some looked like balls of light. I started out filming the blinking one when I saw a ball of light coming from the left.
They didn’t make any sudden acceleration. Just moving across the sky and sometimes floating in the same place.

Camera doesn’t do it justice, but these definitely didn’t look like airplanes or helicopters. I looked at them through binoculars but couldn’t make out what they were.
