Weird flying orbs over eastern Belgium

Weird flying orbs over eastern Belgium
Time: 21:30-22:15 
Location: eastern Belgium 

Saw this weird and very colorful sparkling light, it was moving slightly before and as you can see it was suddenly surrounded by flying red dots. Even used my binoculars to get a better view, but well that just made the lights shinier and appear in some patterns, guess it's just ni telescope. 
Any explanation is very welcomed.

I tried to zoom in and out to show the night sky, surroundings and sight conditions. Hope it helps.
