Anyone know what this is?

Shot this in Sunny isles beach from my balcony earlier. 

Several videos tonight showed the same and it was after the rocket launch, which was earlier same day at 1:50PM EST. 

There’s another post here on Reddit that shows the same object in a different video taken at the same time, 7:55PM est. 

Any ideas?
