What’s this thing?

Location: Warwickshire, uk 

I was in warwick in the uk on the 7th of September last year and recorded this, I didn’t post because I assumed it may be a someone parachuting or something similar. Was reminded of it again today and thought I may as well see if anyone actually knows what it could be. It was very high up and we only noticed the sphere at the top when I first see it, was seen by me and another 3 people. Any ideas? Video was taken in my iPhone 11 Pro Max
