First Sighting Ever This Afternoon Los Angeles

Location:  Los Angeles 

I saw a glint out of the corner of my eye and thought it was an airplane; considering I'm leaving back home from vacation I was trying to see if I could make out the Flight but it was just floating there and I started recording; turns out it was spinning and soon after it disappeared, didn't fly off or anything just vanished.

I couldn't figure out how to add it but I took a 30 second video of it spinning.
