Location: Northern Utah Cache Valley 
I noticed this in the sky last night and thought at first it was a plane. I checked the flight radar & it wasn't showing there. I was looking towards the west.
I thought maybe a planet or bright star, but after checking Starwalk and freezing lol, I couldn't make any other out of it. 
I even sent it to a friend who thought planet or plane. 
I just can't seem to prove it was a plane or planet  or prove that I have finally witnessed something. 
It didn't move and it was right above a tall building  that had the red blinking light. When I went back out maybe 20 to 30 minutes later it was gone.
