Northern VA… UFOs?

Northern VA… UFOs?
LOCATION: northern Va 
DATE: 1/7/25 
TIME: 1:25pm ET. 

A friend sent this to me. He said he saw them flying faster than the planes normally do. Checked satellite and flight radars and nothing was in the area… so what is this? Keep an eye on the left one, it stops , then moves to the right and the three of them form a triangle.
