I caught this on my IPhone, to the naked eye it looked like a white ball of light just drifting, Im not sure what “it” was but I zoomed in and noted some details. Screenshots attached… This is the same item, just at different seconds, it actually changes form and colors about 25 times per second.  The video is 27 seconds long or so so over 600 different combinations of this item. Maybe the ISS but not sure. It appeared to be about 500-1000 feet above me, but idk.
