NJ Drone in tree line

Location: Northern NJ

Living in NJ, just encountered my first drone that CAN NOT be mistaken for anything else. The drone is stationary just about at the tree line, even below some tall trees. It has about six round green lights that change about every 3 seconds to a solid red and green light in the center . The craft makes no noise at all and apparently has been fixed in this location for 7 hours now. It is so bizarre, local PD wants nothing to do with it didn’t even come see it. Pictures suck because it is foggy. 

Reading the US gov response to this just enrages me because this is nothing of what they described this phenomenon to be.
