UAP sighting Bellingham, WA

I heard a helicopter fly over my friends place, a lot of them lately lately. I've also thought I saw an orb a month ago, and the V-shaped drones in Jersey and few nights ago in the same area.

Anyways, looked around and saw this to the SE.

I think another chopper went over me while filming.

The I-5 was behind me too and causing a lot of noise.

Could be a chopper? But no lights, unless it's military. There is a military base nearby on Whidbey Island, and an airport in town.
