Orbs over Chicago

I looked up at what I thought was two stars but then one started moving. I started recording and followed as it crossed the other "star". Then it stopped and hovered. After a few seconds, I moved my camera back to the other "star", couldn't find it and when I went back the other was gone too. I've included some close up &amp; slowed down video of the orb when it was hovering.
