Blue-Green flashing, fast moving object. Time : Around 19:53PST, Jan 1st 2025 Canada, South Burnaby.

Was on a walk with fam. 4 people total confirmed the sighting. 
Blueish-green very fast moving orb / object was hanging still, while changing strobe pattern. It would disappear sometimes for 10-15 sec and reappear and flash again. Something that made us especially interested in it : it moved from north west (Burnaby) to north east (Surrey) location within  1 - 2  seconds and returned to it original location after which I started recording. 
No sound present since any of the comments in video were irrelevant.
