Sorry for audio and wonky footage.

Was standing outside in my front garden when these popped over the house across the road. I thought they were red helium balloons low in the sky at first then saw that they had flashing red lights. That's when I pulled out my phone to record. They turned and headed away from my house so I went out onto the pavement to record. That's when they went above the clouds for a split second. They were  round and red, which is why I thought they were balloons at first. Anyway, sorry for the crap footage, I just wanted to show my husband, but he convinced me to post it here. Are they drones?
