Time: first sighted 8:2Opm EST, just checked and it's still out there at 9:56pm EST 

Location: 64,000 ft altitude directly off the NJ shore. Located on flight radar.


Submission comment:

There is a high altitude balloon off the NJ Coast. Registered to Aerostar and used for "scientific, military and defense". Is this common? I'd really like to know what it's doing. Thoughts?
