Denton, TX. We see plenty of airplanes (like the one coming in on the left), but I have never seen lights that flickered like that. Can someone please identify this for me?

Time: 7:57pm. Location: Denton, TX. We see plenty of airplanes (like the one coming in on the left), but I have never seen lights that flickered like that. Can someone please identify this for me?
