This is a satellite, right?

This is a satellite, right?
Was walking my dog and saw one traveling east, then saw this one headed south. Didn’t think anything of it aside from how bright it was, but I could’ve sworn I saw it weave a couple times before continuing its path which is why I started recording. Didn’t see the movement again. Could have easily been because I was walking and looking up at the same time though.
