Slow Moving Orb or Lights

Spotted this light in the sky blinking oddly, behaving different from planes or any known helicopter or other man made aerial objects. Light patterns don't match that of standard man made aerial objects (except drones) or doesn't follow the FAA guidelines. 

For those who think its drones: Flying drones in Albuquerque requires navigating strict federal airspace rules around the airport and military base, alongside local park guidelines. The maximum general altitude for flying a drone in Albuquerque is 400 feet above ground level (AGL), though much of the city requires lower limits or prior authorization due to controlled airspace. One could tell its several hundreds feet away from the ground. Either illegal drone flying or legit UAP.

The sighting seemed very weird, convinced its UAPs. It was in the direction of west-north.
