Location: Raleigh, NC. North Raleigh, east to west from knightadale and it stopped north of North Hills i believe. 

I need this to be seen. I saw a real one. I always believed but what I saw wasn't anything I've ever seen in the sky before. I thought maybe at first it was a jet because of 2 red glowing lights and a blue flashing light, and the speed. Faster than any helicopter and more silent than the sky.. maybe a cesna but going at around 500ish mph? Then when I was just about to blow it off it did a u-turn like nothing. It was about to leave my plain of view then suddenly, a sharp U turn and it stopped so fluently with no banks, at that point I realized what I was seeing from everything I've seen here so I pulled out my phone. Ladies and gentlemen if there are drones over NJ, what I saw was no drone. After I stopped recording it eerily descended which I wish I captured. 
I was only looking at the sky because it had just rained and the wind was crazy all day and in the break I went outside for a smoke break and saw such a weird still low hanging cloud that reminded me of the Jordan peele movie and then bam, out of the porch I was looking out of it came from the top left towards the cloud I was looking at. 
Here is the link to my video. I promise you once you see it move you'll know it was not any drone. And also you'll notice the lights flutter from crazy to 2 solid red dots as if they were seeing me. 
To see it on a straight path and suddenly turn around and halt, almost made me believe it noticed something. Like it's not a pilot but an actual living thing or something.https://imgur.com/a/K8FVUIL
