NARRATIVE

whitish  light or reflecting light moving from South to North.
Flares up quite brite then blacks out.
Have seen this same?  for several years now-possible satellite reflecting either the sun or? Always the same exact characteristic of flaring up and then blacking out.
We suspect that the witness may have observed the flare from an Iridium satellite, but we cannot be certain.  Witness provides no contact information.  PD
