NARRATIVE

Strange small very bright lights seen from Folly Island towards Kiawah Island - about 9pm.
3 very bright lights pulsing for several seconds near each other.  Then lots of less bright lights pulsing all around - no specific shape or connection to each other.  Moving rapidly.
Lasted several minutes, observed by about 20 people.
