NARRATIVE

My dad called me out at 17:40 because he saw a weird bright light in the horizon.  
At first i thought it was a star or a planet but then it started moving up and down i went inside to get my binoculars and looked at it,  it wasnt flashing but was moving,  
when i looked a it again it was still there but moved to the right and lowered.  
no stars in my city are that bright.
