In April, 2014, I was traveling north bound on Highway 95 in my pickup truck, about four miles from Highway 163, going up a hill to Laughlin, Nevada.

I then saw what appeared to me to be a car’s headlights at the top of the hill, about two miles away, coming down the hill south bound on highway 95.  I could see the lights in the distance at the top of the hill, and I just figured it was a car approaching me, heading down the hill.  
However, the lights came closer and closer at a rapid speed to the point where I slammed on my brakes and turned hard right almost off the road thinking I was going to get into a head on collision with this vehicle.  I slammed my brakes so hard that I could smell the burning rubber from my tires.  
The lights than disappeared and I was just freaked out looking around for a vehicle that was not there.  The lights were extremely bright at about the height of a semi-truck, 
I continued on up the hill and over the past and I did not see any other vehicles or lights again.  
I made it to Laughlin, but this was strange unexplainable incident.
